Careful! During exposure to the sun, try to keep your body cool and hydrated.
Wear loose clothing, preferably made of cotton or linen materials; wear a wide-brimmed hat and don’t forget sunglasses.
At home, take a shower with cold water and try to sleep without a pillow and uncovered to avoid accumulating heat.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection invites citizens to rely on the recommendations of the Institute of Public Health, to prevent the risk of heatstroke for the entire population, especially for children, teenagers and the elderly.
