Raserida Çepele is a pharmacist with over 11 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector, health management, and pharmaceutical regulatory affairs.

Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in the pharmaceutical industry and has been involved in scientific research and regulatory affairs with institutions and companies in various countries, including France, Kosovo, and Albania.

Her experience encompasses the management of pharmaceutical operations, the development of health projects, and initiatives focused on public health education and awareness.

Since October 2026, she has served as Advisor to the Minister of Health and Social Welfare.
