“BESSY” is a cross-border cooperation project that aims to provide an effective joint response to the problems of shortage and safety of donated blood, respecting everyone’s autonomy and identities.

The overall objective of the project is to establish a sustainable network of policy makers, non-governmental organizations and health care institutions involved in blood donation and in the promotion of blood as an ethical good for social capital in the Adriatic area.
