If one of the family members has hot and dry skin, strong tremors or fainting, notify the ambulance doctor immediately. While waiting for help, move the patient to a cooler room, put him in a horizontal position leaning on one side, raise his legs slightly from the horizontal position, try to cool him down with water and do not give him paracetamol.
